All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. How to Print on Phones
- Power on printer. You may have to hold the power button (top left) down for a few seconds if it doesn’t come on with one click.
- Download the “Phomemo” from your app store.
- Enable BT on your phone > return to the Phomemo app & click to add device.
- Selected the M08F-A4 (for this model)- wait for it to pair & BOOM you should be connected. It took not even 5 minutes to set-up & print.
**If pairing took to long – reboot the printer by holding the power button down then back on again & return to the app to pair. It was so easy to set up.
About Paper:
- Depending on the paper size you primarily use, if you typically work with A4 documents, choose an A4 printer, while if you mainly use A4-sized documents, opt for a A4 printer.
- No cartridges, ribbons, etc., just need thermal paper. Search for “Phomemo A4 Thermal Paper” and add it to your cart for better discounts. If you don’t know which consumables you should buy, Consult the store.
- Printing Color: Monochrome(only black and white)
